Usually not. Most of the value comes from connecting and tidying up what you have.

It depends on the job. After the discovery and process map, you get a fixed scope and price before any build starts, alongside the time and cost we expect it to save.

Small integrations and internal tools can take days or a few weeks. Larger custom apps are built in stages so you start getting value early.
